Position not available for visa sponsorship

Hi friends,

Quick question.If a job description says "Position not available for visa sponsorship" does it mean the company does not do new H1b sponsorship for opt students or h1b transfer is also not allowed?Does it mean the job is for GC and citizens only?

They will not apply for new Visa or Transfers ani ardam....

Both.. they won’t sponsor anthe.. even in cpt/opt  lo join aina if you ask them to file h1 b after 1 or 2 years, they mostly won’t do it..
