Dallas/Austin new build per sqft value

I know per sqft value depends on area and builder but $200/sqft seems to be everywhere. Ex: 3000sqft 600k base price

Below $200 can be considered as deal?

Depends on area where you want to purchase in either cities, give specific details. Dallas lo ayithey telugu adda’s ayina frisco, mckinney and nearby areas 200$ /sqft should be a very good deal. I don’t think it’s possible to get such deals in frisco and mckinney in new or existing homes .

Area ni batti yes. Most DFW areas are above $175/sqft

Good/Decent school district, new build, 30min max distance to everything like shopping or whatever

Yea even in Austin it’s like still more than 250sqft for good new build homes
