One thing US lo fake ekkuva ayyayi, ikkada aa fake contractors tho chesae mid to low level work akkada ento konta experience unna valalto cheyinchatam better. That being said Ippatiki quality of work in India lo quality of work here in US is not comparable.

Simply quality of education is very low in India for high skilled jobs

Indians esp. Telugu vallu chesina anta fake evadu chestadu resumes lo?  Irony is that edo birth right laga feel avutaru ila fake pettam.

and sillicon valley companies and even in banks ila fake contractors tho checyinche work andariki telisindae. Try working in teams with majority of people educated in US from top tier you can feel the passion and difference in quality of work.

Personally I am alum of top 10 Indian university and I work in banking and the majority of team is PHD/grads from top tier colleges here, asalu comparison kuda ledu.

Every Indian and every Telugu fake their resume. Are you sure of every word in your resume ? Each and every line? Nobody can be 100 percent perfect on their resume, HRs themselves push us to add some points in the resume to make it presentable to client. IT is a learning, anybody can learn it not a big deal once you know better how to google

I would never ever say every Indian and every Telugu ani. But we all know how majority of market is and just cant pretend its not happening. 

 

FYI every year top 15 Indian universities lo 30+% Telugu ne untaru but at the same time least quality kuda mana state ae produce chestadi. I am not afraid to acknowledge it.

Nenu adhe chepthunna eppati nuncho. All corporations care about is money. Not talent. When the salaries become higher they will look at other avenues. Lekapothe ee boot camps, women in STEM ivanni enduku? To get cheaper talent.

Cannot club Women in STEM with cost savings.. I think every company is putting an effort to have an inclusive workforce (women, race, lgbtq, etc).. 

i see women negotiating better pay than men now a days..
