Best Screen sharing and remote working software

If someone gets a role in USA that they want to do as second job...and get the work done by Nibbas or Nibbis in Hyderabad,

what are the best screen sharing options??

The host machine is Macbook Pro

But its not for Banking. In fact, they have given Microsoft Enterprise creds and I am logging into Jira/Confluence/GitLab/Teams/Slack/JenkinsCD-CI/Kubernetes all using Microsoft Enterprise creds.

So simply sharing the screen will do everything.. the main point here is using the creds, I can use my own Machine ... full control on that machine with me only.

Just log out of Teams and login with your personal account and use it.

Once done, log back into Teams using company creds.

They have alerts on how long the screen sharing apps is going on, admins can peek into systems, you will not know if they are watching or not.
