maak official guidance release aindi eff June 1st.

- hybrid option, teams have to decide when they will be in office - 2 days mandatory if you are in 50mile radius of work location, all travel benefits apply.

- remote work, if you have moved to other location, then pay cut according to the place where u r working and some benefits like reimbursement of max 60$ for internet.

- if you want to move to other place, VP approval needed and also business requirement.

Calling @Sonu_Patel bro I brought house in Austin for 900K but now appraisal for only 240K and I have to go office in India as per rules… can I do up and down ?? Please help

As per DB rules, you will need to sell your home to @perugu_vada for 220k and find another job in California.

I am not commenting on pupil who bought house. I am referring to ppl who moved to remote locations out of nowhere where commute could be 1.5 to 2+ hours or travelling cases.
