I came across this info online, I guess we are still not out of the woods, so thought to share with this group, hope it’s useful. 1. Search Your company HQ state + warn act in google. Ex: “Georgia warn act” 2. Go to the state’s .gov site in the search results and click on the monthly WARN report. 3. Check if your company has filed for layoffs. This filing must be done 60 days prior to layoffs. I hope it’s useful and gives 2 more months to prepare/job hunt.
