Why Nordic people are so strong?

The Nordic race, which covers Finnish people from Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. Their Avg height is 6 feet, Netherlands is still the world's tallest nation with the average height in the country for men 183.78 cm, or 6 foot, and 170.36 cm, or 5 foot 7 inches for women

Most Scandinavians have Viking heritage, and the Vikings had challenging lives. Natural selection did its work on them, and only the strongest survived. As a result, those genes passed from one generation to the next, leaving Scandinavians with good, strong genes.

Also their diet is mostly cold water fish.

Agree but their living conditions were tough, even Russians are effing strong because they have to survive the brutal cold weather

It’s survival of fittest selection. South India was always abundant in resources and never faced wars so weak ppl also survived easily and produced kids.

Punjabis strong entuku untaru ante they were always fighting with Muslim invaders and it was a guarantee that weak men would die and not produce further. 
My Punjabi friend grandfather had to kill 3 ppl during partition for moving from Lahore to patiala. The other 3 were weak and never reproduced. Think of this on a full continental scale and you will understand.

For Nordic countries the conditions are so harsh that only strongest survived and reproduced.

You are looking at just your lifetime. Go back 1000 years and compare europe and south india. Mana temple architecture time lo europeans didn't even have clothes properly.

As i said every civilization has a peak and decline. India peaked in old ages, all weak ppl survived and reproduced and it declined. 

Its a cycle. We saw british empire decline, seeing US domination decline now.

 

If South India was constantly in major wars, I dont think many of our grandfathers would have survived because majority come from simple farming background.
