This is just to revalidate my understandings 

 

Recently I extended my h1 along with h4 and h4 ead. Those are valid next 3 years.

 

Now I got other job and initiating h1 transfer, .....

I am skipping h4 and h4 ead this time as we still have close to 3 years on those ( I know those are not aligned to my H1B timelines once I get new h1 ) .... Do you see any issues with it? I think this is waste of money to apply h4/h4 ead

if other company is paying for H4, H4 EAD, do that, so that all 3 applications have same timeline

and hassle free renewals in future anni oke sari apply cheskovachu  ~2cents.

apart from that nothing stopping to apply for only H1

H4 apply chesei...

EAd if first time apply it...if extension/renewal..then u can wait for EAD.

I suggest to do h4 the reason being if by any chance the old company revokes the h1 h4 tied to that might be in risk better to have h4 with latest h1 anna
