Apartments on Eldridge have lot of indians but they are indians who are here on project from TCS/WIPRO/INFY and who came newly and are looking for good elementary school.

he signed lease in Westheimer area

Westheimer runs for several miles. Where on Westheimer did he sign a lease. Areas after Sam Houston tollway and before Galleria have a high crime rate. Areas closer to Eldridge and hwy6 are better. If he has to be near Westheimer, then as people already suggested, Eldridge and Briar Forest. Lots of Indians and Telugu families.
