ఇది అత్యంత క్రేజీ ఆర్డర్.... కేజ్రీవాల్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించలేదు. CIC ఆర్డర్‌పై అప్పీల్ చేసింది గుజ్ యూనివర్సిటీ. అప్పీల్‌లో ప్రతివాదిపై (respondent)ఏ కోర్టు శిక్ష విధించడం గురించి నేను ఎప్పుడూ వినలేదు. గుజ్ న్యాయవ్యవస్థకు వందనాలు 😂!! Hats off 😂 ఇంకా నయం. కేజరీకి 2 ఏళ్ళు జైలు శిక్ష వేసి, 8 ఏళ్ళు పోటీ చేయడానికి అనర్హుడిగా ప్రకటించలేదు. సూరత్ కోర్టు, గుజ్జు హై కోర్టు ఏక్ సే బడ్ కర్ ఏక్.. 😂

Gujarat High Court Justice Biren Vaishnav also fined Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Rs 25,000 for asking for these details when they are already in public domain.

"The insistence of Arvind Kejriwal to get the educational degree of Prime Minister Narendra Modi through RTI route, when the same is already available in the public domain, creates doubt on Kejriwal's bonafide and motive. Arvind Kejriwal doubtlessly used an appeal against him to kickstart and trigger a controversy not falling within the purview of the RTI Act for the objects and purpose this court need not go into," Justice Vaishnav said in strong remarks.

Kejri didnt go to court its gujju university which went to court against 2016 CIC order to reveal godi certificate information. Judgement came now. This was never cleared.

Do you still agree there is a degree entire political science ? Repu entire engineering ani inkokadu degree testhadu.
