No, they will increase rates until they hit the target of 2% inflation…but mortgage rates might go a little bit down during some time frames just like how it happened since last month..so decide if you really want a house now or later

Market is pricing 1 more or no hike because of banking stress and hence markets turned into bull phase. If April CPI comes as expected then SPY could hit $425-430 before a pull back because of government debt crisis.

I am very positive that market will trade sideways but won’t go down this year.
