looking for .net developer positions. FT or contract. What is the best place to search and apply?

2.Indeed

In linkedIn many are asking for GC and saying no H1b sponsorship.

Will EAD work? got couple of calls after randomly applying 100 jobs

Take premiums account LinkedIn and reach out directly to recruiters from jobs tab

Mine also same , EB2 or 3. Don’t have near term hopes on GC. Planning to use EAD . Have U done any risk assessment using GC EAD.  Telisinavallu everina unte check checko before using

just use EAD and keep on renewing until you get GC. I'm confident my I485 will not get denied.

Sponsorship ledu ante bagane vaccheyi calls ….. this was in December and January.  

reach out to my old colleagues and connections worked for me.

485j is only needed if you change employer.

Not needed now. When date is current or when you get RFE, you can file 485J with whomever employer you are working that time.
