Major differences I found between CRV TOuring Hybrid vs RAV4 Hybrid 

Honda has leather seating, Bose premium sound; downside is that hybrid model doesn't have a spare tyre. 

RAV4 has JBL premium sound(Meh), leatherette seating, 

I am also confused to choose which one is better; in terms of hybrid technology RAV4 stands out but seating and infotainment is important too.

If hybrid is your must then rav4

If sound and seating is preferred, go for luxury non hybrid like acura

Subaru lo awd lekapovatam enti uncle .. one of the best awd is in Subaru .. and it is safer as well after Volvo

Volvo bit expensive as it is on higher end
