Andhra itself is an artificial state built from many regions , you can't just build a SFO or newyork in one place without destroying the future of ithers

New York and San Francisco were build over 200-300 years of history, not in 4-5 years.. Same way Hyderabad was not build by CBN, it was a capital for a long time and has long history by Muslim rulers.

What you are thinking is like Dubai or other Chinese cities built in last 10-20 years from scratch. For that to happen you would need billions of dollars of investment.

There is an old saying....

Cities are built by it's people - not money or government.

Don't say - Dubai... Just look at the amount of direct money that they are spending and burning to keep it barely going. 

Vizag has better chance of becoming a true metro , compared to Vijayawada. Why? Vizag people are open minded unlike Vijayawada - castiest city that I know . People ask for your caste first and then talk.
