Just little bit of discipline and understanding what we are trying to say. 

Simple ex: WFH punyamani intlo cooking after 12pm start chestundi DW. Malli help cheyatle cooking lo ani complain. Porapatuna kid sick ay intlo unte sachame. Meeting mottam arupulu vintu koorchovali. Vantalu evening 6pm cheskundam ante big NOOOOOOOO. Simple planning tho all lot of annoying things can be avoided. Evening cooking, Kids go to bed before 9pm, Kids sleep in their bed, Wife learn driving and share some burden.

your wife is working, taking care of the kid, cooking for you.. what else do you need? 
there are many guys in this db whose wives are not doing even one out of these 3 things for them..

share the work load and spend time with her (going together for walks, groceries, etc, doing tasks together, etc) and she will stop spending time on the phone.. and spend more time with you.. intimacy peruguddi..

I work, I take care of my kid, I help get kid ready, drive him to daycare, pickup, give kid shower, feed him, cook and clean often.
