I don’t work in tech but , we usually say ,

I understand that you need my help, but I am unavailable after 5 pm. How ever I will prioritize working on it first thing in the morning when I am back at work.

Why don’t you have a 1-1 meeting and explain your work hours and when your status is away means on a break 

do not call me unless very urgent on teams 

first ping me and ask for call 

Schedule 2-3 calls a day to review tasks for the day
