anthe setu urgency endi anna, nuvvemanna cutting edge tech company ni pani chestunnava.... it is very annoying to expect others make you a priority, be it old school or new school there is certain things you have to follow irrespective of the position you are in, just beucase you are working on things not everybody have to do it the same time

Okay tell me why you need half hour to reply everytime, especially in teams chat?

You can at least acknowledge the message saying will get back to you in half hour or looking into it as such.

ok tell me why the hell do I have to priritize responding to you rather than working on my tasks? If I am in meetings back to back it would be hours before I can even look or respond to your IM

If you are in back to back meetings your status in teams says so. Available lo undi half hour time to respond every time is fishy or annoying. Thats what I am saying. Try acknowledging the message saying "will get back to you soon or something".

There are leads who are sugar patients can't do anything with such ppl. But acknowledging might relieve your pain if you are at fault by mistake.

2. Malli between lunch time she used to call via teams. Adi kooda status kosame, and aa calls emi 5 mins calls kaadu malli oka 20-25 mins. 

3. Ila roju ki oka 2 hrs calls lo ne 10gesevi. Malla emaindo emo teleedu kaani one day she called for a team meeting and asked everyone to submit DSR before signing off. I think she used to summarize what we sent and she's used to send it to the manager. 

4. ila oka 3 months chesa, naaku full stress / anxiety / work pressure anni vachai. One fine morning I made things straight. "Pls let me know if you want me to continue, since it's March the market is still good." ani message pampa. call vachindi. Matladukunnam. Set kaledu manesa.
