‘‘ఏ2 ప్రశాంత్‌ ఎమ్మెల్యే ఈటలకు 10:41కి పేపర్‌ను పంపించారు. బండి సంజయ్‌కు 11:24కి ప్రశ్నపత్రం చేరింది. 9:30కే ప్రశ్నాపత్రం లీకైందంటూ ప్రశాంత్‌ తప్పుడు వార్తలు ప్రచారం చేశాడు. ప్రివెన్షన్‌ ఆఫ్‌ మాల్‌ ప్రాక్టీస్‌ యాక్ట్‌ కింద కేసు నమోదు చేశాం. ఏ4గా మైనర్‌ ఉండటంతో వివరాలు వెల్లడించడం లేదు. టెన్త్‌ హిందీ పేపర్‌ను ప్రశాంత్‌ వైరల్‌ చేశాడు. ఈటల సహా చాలా మంది నేతలకు టెన్త్‌ పేపర్‌ వెళ్లింది. పరీక్షకు ముందు రోజు ప్రశాంత్‌, బండి సంజయ్‌ చాటింగ్‌ జరిగింది’’ అని వరంగల్‌ సీపీ ఏవీ రంగనాథ్‌ వెల్లడించారు. 

‘‘ప్రశాంత్‌, సంజయ్‌ మధ్య తరుచూ ఫోన్‌ కాల్స్‌ కూడా ఉన్నాయి. బండి సంజయ్‌ ఫోన్‌ ఇచ్చేందుకు నిరాకరించారు. మెసేజ్‌ షేర్‌ చేసినందుకు ఎవ్వరినీ అరెస్ట్‌ చేయలేదు. ప్రభుత్వానికి చెడ్డపేరు తేవాలని కుట్రపన్నారు. చాటింగ్‌ ఆధారంగానే బండి సంజయ్‌ను ఏ1గా చేర్చాం. టెన్త్‌ పేపర్‌ లీక్‌ వెనుక పెద్ద కుట్ర ఉంది. పేపర్‌ లీక్‌పై మీడియాకు ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా సమాచారం ఇస్తున్నారు. బండి సంజయ్‌ ఫోన్‌ లభ్యమైతే మరింత సమాచారం తెలుస్తుంది’’ అని సీపీ పేర్కొన్నారు.

‘‘వాట్సాప్‌ మెసేజ్‌లను రిట్రీవ్‌ చేస్తున్నాం. పేపర్‌ లీక్‌ అంతా గేమ్‌ ప్లాన్‌లా చేస్తున్నారు. నమో టీమ్‌లో ఏ2 ప్రశాంత్‌ పని చేస్తున్నారు. బండి సంజయ్‌ అరెస్ట్‌ను లోక్‌సభ స్పీకర్‌కు తెలియజేశాం. మేం పక్కాగా లీగల్‌ ప్రొసీజర్‌నే ఫాలో అయ్యాం. బండి సంజయ్‌ డైరెక్షన్‌లోనే పేపర్‌ లీకేజీ వ్యవహారం జరిగింది. ప్రభుత్వాన్ని అప్రతిష్టపాలు చేసే కుట్ర జరిగింది’’ అని  సీపీ వెల్లడించారు.

If it's after an hour , then it's impossible to stop... Literally any teacher ( who can carry phone ) can share it .

If it's early and if BJP used it to malign the government, then yes.

As per police, Sanjay was sent paper at 11:30am, that’s almost towards the end of the exam. 
 

Police observed a pattern, the journo who forwarded the message, looked like as if it is planned to malign the govt.

A1 because he planned it before the exam on how to do a false paper leak and ABN RK help tho dummy paper leak ni nijam ani nammichadu..

exam mundu roju, paper lo em news ravalo Bandi and his associate who did paper leak messages forwarded cheysukunaru, same exact new ABN RK news paper lo rasadu.. 

sensitive students evaranna suicide cheysukuntae evaru Badyata..

It seems they are trying to exploit the situation and not actually leaked the paper.

It looks like pre planned drama case on maa Sanjay Anna

So, it's a case of causing unrest and panick among students. 

Not exactly paper leak.

Sanjay should never directly deal with informers and news papers... It's so easy to get caught
