H4 ead extension

I94 will expire in July 

filed h4 extension and got receipt number 

can we apply h4 was with h4 extension receipt number ?
 

Can we continue to work after we filed for h4 ead extension that was applied with h4 extension receipt number ?

you mean H4 EAD you are planning to file with H4 extension receipt number... and wanted to know if you can work with H4 EAD with H4 receipt number?

 

If so, the answer is NO..... you are eligible for H4 EAD to work while it is in process only if you have valid I94...which means H4 extension has to be approved before expiry of H4 EAD and also EAD extension should have been filed

I94 expiry aythe you cannot work. 

H4 extrension pending lo vundaga, you can work if you have valid I-94. Mexico or Canada border cross chesi vachey, H4 extension vasthe using AVR extend the i-94 and continue working...

I already have the H4 EAD and working on it since last year 

now I need to go for H4 EAD extension 

so I cannot work after July after my i94 expires?

yes...for EAD to be valid during extension process, you need to have valid I94
