Hi Houston locals.. planning to move to move to houston from Midwest.. as currently WFH and heard Houston market is good for future job search..

looking in cypress area as there is desi community there along with other communities.. are there any new home constructions in this area? heard about Taylor Morrison Avalon new homes.. but it is little far from shopping centers..  is this good area?

Cypress is good upcoming area. Bridgeland/Elyson have lot of telugu ppl.

Lot of telugu ppl from other parts of US moving here. Basic ga $/sqft is cheaper than Austin/DFW, so akkada yedavaleni 🤪 batch but still wanting TX because of remote job baga vastunaru is my observation.

I heard huge medical and oil industry related IT job market. Don't know about other area.. At least less competition than Dallas

Bridgeland area baguntundi. Keep in mind about flash floods and zoning.

IT Job market is smaller than DFW area but I find jobs in Houston without reference. DFW aiyte forget it without reference or manavallu 😀 contacts.

Also, lot of ppl used to travel/drive Mon [Late morning]-Thr[Early evening] to San Antonio, Austin before covid.  Dallas ki koda ila work chese valu unde varu but Dallas drive is little too far.

Basic ga Mon to Thr was very commonly accepted [contract as well as FT] within TX before all this remote/covid thing happened.

Marvida is beside Bridgeland but cheaper price.

Bridgeland is a master planned community .. so amenities kuda untayi .. like within community elementary schools .. shopping centers etc .. daani valla home value peruguthundi baaga .. buy in master planned communities

Bridgeland and Marvida ki almost 150K difference undi baa. Is Bridgeland worth that much?

I search Zillow, Redfin for open houses. And New constructions ki Model homes/ offices untay so velli kalisi model homes chudatame.

My friend bought a home at Bridgeland around 725K. He is crying due to the fact the taxes are high.
