In-between private and public anna most of them are good my close friends kids go , they have uniform curriculum more or less similar e buddi galaki edina ok anipistadi not sure how much  difference as they grow up like middle high etc

MOST private schools. In some areas, attending private schools mean automatic great grades (full discretion of teachers) , great extra curricular activities and college placement assistance . Most of them end up at Top 20 schools.

ONE BIG problem of going to Magnet or GT schools is that their GPA suffers. Not all colleges are equipped to look at rigor of a school.  Heard first hand - kid was repenting going to a magnet school - saying I put 4 times more effort and sleepless nights  , only to get below par GPA and ended up at mediocre schools.

looking for high schools....

one advantage i see is...if it is charter school...there is no restriction like where you live...i mean school district..so you can move around...with out worrying kids school change...

another disadvantage i see is...no clubs or voluntary work..only better eduction...in charter schools...so it doesnt help additionally in college admissions...etc

but still looking for some real experiences...if anyone gone through this...

Upto middle school charter schools ok kaani HS ki vachesariki Public schools may be better.  More clubs etc.  Ooke chaduvu chaduvu ani dobbakunda let them have some fun too.  Colleges also look for all round capabilities not just rubbudu education.

little confused. Are you saying private schools better than Magnet or GT ? I thought Magnet GT are private schools
