తాను ఏమన్నానని ఆంధ్రా మంత్రులు ఎగిరెగిరి పడుతున్నారని తెలంగాణ మంత్రి హరీశ్ రావు ప్రశ్నించారు. ‘‘ఆంధ్రా మంత్రులు అనవసరంగా మా జోలికి రాకండి... మా గురించి ఎక్కువ మాట్లాడకపోతే మీకే మంచిది’’ అంటూ హెచ్చరించారు. మంత్రి కారుమూరి నాగేశ్వరరావు చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలకు ఆయన కౌంటర్ ఇచ్చారు.

‘‘మీ దగ్గర ఏమున్నదని ఓ మంత్రి అంటున్నారు. ఏముందో వచ్చి చూడండి. మా దగ్గర 56 లక్షల ఎకరాల్లో యాసంగి పంట ఉంది. కల్యాణ లక్ష్మి, కేసీఆర్ కిట్, రైతు బీమా, రైతు బంధు ఉన్నాయి. ప్రపంచంలోనే అతి పెద్ద లిఫ్ట్ ఇరిగేషన్ ప్రాజెక్టు కాళేశ్వరం‌ నిర్మించాం. మీ దగ్గర ఏమున్నాయి?’’ అని హరీశ్ రావు ప్రశ్నించారు.

‘‘ఆనాడు ప్రత్యేక హోదా కావాలని అన్నారు.. ఇప్పుడేమో అడగరు. హోదా అంశాన్ని కేంద్రం పక్కకి పెట్టినా పట్టించుకోరు. విశాఖ ఉక్కు అమ్ముతున్నా మాట్లాడరు. అధికారంలో ఉన్న వాళ్లు అడగరు.. ప్రతిపక్షంలో ఉన్నవాళ్లు ప్రశ్నించరు. విశాఖ ఉక్కును తుక్కుకి అమ్మినా ఎవ్వరూ నోరెత్తరు. ప్రజలను గాలికి వదిలేశారు.. మీ ప్రయోజనాలు చూసుకుంటున్నారు. అధికార వైసీపీ, ప్రతిపక్ష టీడీపీ కలిసి ఏపీని ఆగం చేశాయి’’ అని ఆరోపించారు.
