Then go with first one.. it’s simple.. you don’t have to prove anything and work with mgmt and buy some more time.. rendu FTE kabatti PTO pettu Office ki velle roju and maintain both

rendodi....all you are loosing is 15k...danlo taxes ponu neku vachedi 11K vesko ante monthki around $920...danlo nuvvu roku aapiceki ready avvudu oka 1hr and commute up-down oka 1 hr veskunte...monthki 20 days appiceki ante around 40 hrs...hrki min oka $20 nee time worth anukunna...its around $800....on top of it car gas, wear n tear, nuuvu ese dresslu...iga nuvvu save sesedi endi uncle...

first know which companies are stable and not planning layoffs for the next few year

if you happen to take a job just because going to office vs remote, you have a porblem

remote job is most likely laid off if there is slightest chance of layoff in your company

if you haev GC, take it based on your gut feeling
