The Apple Employee Survey came after staff were told to start coming into the office 3 days a week. A source said most questions focused on what was working well for remote and in-office work. Apple sent a survey to corporate employees at 7 a.m. Wednesday asking for their views about hybrid work after threatening to discipline anyone not coming into the office at least three days a week. A person familiar with the matter told Insider: "Most of the questions focused on what was working well on remote-work days, what was working well on in-office days, and variations of that. "Anecdotally, I think responses are consistently positive toward remote work and negative toward in-office work" because of "reduced efficiency due to long commutes and frequent distractions." While the "Apple Employee Survey" primarily focused on hybrid work, it also asked employees about company culture. Staff have until April 28 to respond to the survey, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete, according to a copy of the email seen by Insider. source - Apple emailed staff at 7 a.m. surveying them about hybrid work after threatening to discipline employees not going in 3 days a week (msn.com) 1 Quote
Thokkalee Posted April 13, 2023 Report Posted April 13, 2023 Threatening emundi.. it is upto the employer to decide whether they want the employees to come to office or work remotely.. this is an at will employment and if one of them don’t like the conditions, they can leave.. everyone decides what is best for them.. 1 Quote
