yeah chestharu kani limited. Construction Engineer, Scheduler and Project Controls jobs untai. Yes H1B's chestharu kani koncham thakkuva. Like only 50% to 60% do H1B's. Nenu Job search chesthunna, chala jobs H1b cheyalemu ani poyayi.

Can you explain more ..thanks for repaonse..helping a cousin who is coming for masters..in construction management..what suggestion you have for him

suggestions em peddaga cheppalenu bro. Not sure what you are looking for here. Job opportunities unnai kani not as much as for IT. H1b ante oka 30 to 40% companies hand isthai. Salary will be less in the starting. 50k to 70k, with experience bagane vasthundi Salary, but dont compare to IT or SW.

Maybe not management but inspection jobs. Follow him and ask questions, he gives career advice too in construction

Naa friend okadunnadu since 15 years in this field, Jacobs Engineering ki pani chesthadu they do H1Bs. He got his GC too with them, so yeah they exist. They pay good, he makes around 200k in LA metro, on par with IT salaries there.

kaka 15years ki 200k vasthundi, nenu ade cheppa longterm lo manchi salaries vasthai but still a bit less than IT. Some are lucky. Naku LA lo 200k istha antunnaru but not worth it.
