Air India flight Hyd - mumbai -JFK

at mumbai 1hr 30 mins layover 

my in-laws are flying for first time both are 65+ age

How to book wheelchair assistance ?

will 1 hr 30 mins time is enough to connect international flight same Air india in same terminal I.e., terminal 2 at mumbai 

immigration will it be at Hyd or mumbai ?
