సీఐ శంకరయ్య సీబీఐకు తన వాంగ్మూలాన్ని ఇచ్చారు. వివేకా హత్య ఘటన పైన కేసు నమోదు చేయాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని, డెడ్‎బాడీని పోస్టుమార్టం కోసం పంపవద్దని ఎంపీ అవినాశ్, శివశంకరరెడ్డి, గంగిరెడ్డి తనతో చెప్పారంటూ సీఐ శంకరయ్య సీబీఐకి వాంగ్మూలం ఇచ్చారు. అవినాశ్, భాస్కరరెడ్డి, మనోహర్ రెడ్డి ల పర్యవేక్షణలోనే వివేకా హత్య జరిగిన స్థలంలో ఆధారాలను ధ్వంసం చేశారని చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. అవినాశ్ రెడ్డి పీఏ నెంబర్ నుంచి తనకు ఫోన్ చేసి వివేకా రక్తపు వాంతులు, గుండెపోటుతో మరణించారని ఆయన వివరించారు. ఎవరు లోపలకు వెళ్లకుండా లోపల నుంచి లాక్ పెట్టుకుని రక్తపు మరకలు శుభ్రం చేయడం, కుట్లు, బ్యాండేజ్ లు వేసే వారిని మాత్రమే అనుమతించారని వివరించారు.
 

వివేకా హత్యానంతరం, సాక్ష్యాలను, ఆధారాలను ధ్వంసం చేసి డెడ్ బాడీని ఫ్రీజర్ లో ఉంచి, గాయాలు కనపడకుండా పూలతో కవర్ చేయాలని చూసారని శంకరయ్య తన వాంగ్మూలంలో చెప్పినట్లుగా తెలుస్తోంది! గాయాలు ఉన్నాయని స్థానిక డీఎస్పీకి తెలియజేసిన ఐదు నిమిషాల్లోనే శివశంకర్ రెడ్డి తనకు కాల్ చేసి కోప్పడ్డారని ఆయన చెప్పారు. వివేకా శరీరంపైన గాయాలు చూసి, గుండెపోటుతో మరణించినట్లుగా అనిపించడంలేదని శివశంకర్ రెడ్డితో చెప్పగా.. నోరు మూసుకుని చెప్పింది చేయ్.. లేకుంటే తీవ్ర పర్యవసానాలను ఎదుర్కొవాల్సి వస్తోందని శివశంకర్ రెడ్డి హెచ్చరించినట్లు సీఐ వివరించారు. అలానే తన సిబ్బందితో మొత్తం డెడ్‎బాడీని వీడియో తీయమని సూచించగా.. వీడియో తీయడం ఆపేయాలంటూ శంకరరెడ్డి గట్టిగా కేకలు వేసారని సీఐ చెప్పుకోచ్చారు.

as per latest investigation but is he really the actual murderer ? 
 

Considering the seriousness of the case, murder weapon ela gayab ayindo murder chesinodu kuda atlane gayab avali..but strange A1 is with held. 
 

I have been claiming from day-1, This murder is completely staged by Jagan govt. CBI now framing cases and trying to join the missing pieces, the pieces which were managed when investigation was under the control of SIT.

Ante…After Jagan became CM in 2019…This case was under SIT, AP Police…which means Jagan had complete access to this case as to what has happened, who did it and all the details. For the next two years, They managed this case so well so that all the evidences, traces, murder weapon etc have been compromised and left with a story which has loose ends. 
 

CBI is now trying to join those missing pieces…without any physical or documentary evidences.
