high rise successful implementation is not everyone cup of tea…only 10% high rises are successfully completed by national level reputed builders…

unless ur friend if of that league, back off as u can’t even sue or demand compensation later..once the project starts it’s really not in ur friends hands and he cannot do anything to u just because he’s ur friend
