Temperament is required to play in test.. the greatness of player is tested in test match format..ranjintrophy is great domestic format ... Every country has domestic format to select players..t20 leagues are only good for t20 selections

Rayadu, Vihari are latest examples for that...

KL and other flop stars manage to stay in the team due to their friendships with imp ex-players /coaches/ contacts..

Karnataka and TN players are more preferred than ours.. Kerala aithe mana kanna worst..
