Loose weight if you guys r over weight and follow health n strict diet and follow time lines  when to do and when not to. If this doesn’t work go see a doc!

It is unfortunate you have to go through this, I know how frustrating it is and you could loose your hope and confidence. In most cases it is the pressure from your family and friends that is so frustrating. It is something that you cannot discuss with your family or friends for the fear of judging you, but don't worry it is quite common these days and there is nothing wrong to take suggestions from your friends or family.

Firstly, start with talking to your primary care physician, if they recommend sperm test or any other blood work to get done, take your wife to a gynecologist, they can check her and most common case could cysts in ovaries or blocked fallopian tubes or something else. 99% of them can addressed with lifestyle changes or medication.

I would recommend you get tested first because it is devastating for your wife who is going through this. Family members always start with blaming wife first with out even considering to know the problem. That will make sure you are with her in good times and bad.

Having kids is not the entire purpose of your existence. Just relax take care of your health and don't make it is as a mission to accomplish. You will be fine.
