Andaru employers cheyyaru.. only desi consultancies do it.. some employers are very very slow.. na team mate ki 2.5 years nunchi current undi..

labor file chesi approve avadaniki more than 2 years pattindi.. last month file chesaaru I140 and 485 together..

It is possible.. US vachaka 2 years masters, 3-4 years job chesaka labor file chesthe, if his priority date is in 2011 or 2012, he might have got GC this year or last year.. 

na teammate ki kuda same situation.. his kids almost aged out.. but they got lucky with the new rule.. he will probably get it this year..

If some body has papers , citations etc if you are not in any line first get into eb2niw then eb1 a try cheyandi

If yiu already have eb2 and if you have some publications,  citations, research papers etc etc try eb1 a this govt is very liberal in approving petitions

I got GC after 19 years, Came in 2003 for masters.. Did not file GC until 2010 August.. In 2020 when Dates are current, due to job change could not file 485. The new employer filed 485 2022 and received GC in August 2022.

@csrcsr did you get GC dude.. You helped me a lot during last year to contact USCIS on 485 status. Thanks again.
