indian chef salaries starts from $5000 min now if they can do good biryani 

halal meat is expensive and indian spices are expensive bro in bay area Goat Biryanis Sells for $25 if its less means its a aged goat and dose not taste good nor that healthy . Rents are also getting higher now min wages for normal labor is $20 min . You get what you pay for in this world . if you are looking for cheap food you are compromising on something . Your health or quality or supporting human tracking .

if you live in a cities where min wage is $20 how do you think the restaurant will sustain the inflation and labour cost ?

indian restaurant  is 20-30% margin business - they are already bleeding .

if you dont want to cook and save tome to enjoy with family you have to pay the price . You cannot have everything in life - good salary , big home , luxury car , and cheap food how is it possible ?
