It depends.....my stress level went down by 50% when I did rendo job.

I was not scared of losing a job...gave me more flexibility and able to meet financial commitments.

For me,through regular payroll. I paid all taxes.

Mostly h1bs, cpt opts doing bcuz of consultancy greed! And same h1bs crying that others r doing dual jobs.. story of desis!

Its all depend on job second job is 1 hr per day for me 

jr admin tesukunna kavalani one meeting for every 4 weeks 

 

maa friend valla rommate  4 jobs eqch job only 45$ per job 

except his regular job all jobs are time pass and just filling time sheets just openeing laptop is his work 

he will go for cricket practice every day and morning gym 

its all what type of job you got and decide

So called consult jobs .. their employer is arranging someone to manage from day1.. so the employer gets a share and emp as well
