for how long have you been feeling like that? What bad things are you talking about? People are in worst situations than you imagine. You need to have a fighting spirit and find joy in little things.

for me it’s my family especially my kids. Try spending time with kids if you have. Sometimes we think too much manavani silly problems like jobs, relationships and money.. 

And avani problems ae kadu. Don’t  live in stress..it affects your overall health… seek god and meditate through yoga 🙏🏿
