contact bank, they will give pre qualification letter

if you need loan amount for 350k, ask for around 370-380k in that way you are pre-approved for a slightly higher amount

I think 125k is a reasonable salary for this loan given the current interest rates

loan depends on credit score.. nee kante nee wife credit score better unte only let her complete the loan..
