We bought one property in india recently - from one peddamanishi - what is the probability his sons will file a case in future to reclaim the property for money 

what precautions we have to take  ...............please enlighten me

If you buy a property please take signs from all his children and get a letter that his property sale was from approval of his family or else 100 percnet case file and litigation endhuku ah panchayathi

Now that you already bought the property, look at the property history and get encumbrance certificate for the last 30 years. If that house has been passed on from that ‘peddamanishi’s’ father then it could become a matter of concern and if the history of the house says that the pedda manishi is the first owner of the property, nothing much to worry about.

Peddamanishi ki will undi emo kanukko. Also, get loans and all other details.

 

If it is earned by peddamanishi, then no other issues.

 

If Peddamishi got it from ancestors, then get signatures from all possible heirs.
