b1b2 interview - language help

i have booked a slot for my parents , but they are saying that there is no provision to book an appointment with language preference. Telugu interview ani select chese option tesesadu anta kada. any one have any idea how to handle this. my parents do not know english. how can they manage if there is no preference for telugu.

how did they manage? hyderabad paristiti enti? asalu akkadiki vellaka translators ni request cheyandi antunadu , appudu evaru available kakapothe emiti paristiti.

You can ask for Telugu translator at the consulate during interview if it hyd or Chennai. You have the option to take your own translator also.
