Can we travel to the US from INDIA, with the expired PIO Card as it is taking 3 to 4 months if we apply it in India now

my kid is holding US Passport & PIO card which is expired (PIO), will I face any issues at the Indian Immigration?

Why didn't you change to oci card?

I didnt thought of coming back to US

no problems if you are coming back to US. They might ask you at immigration but you can tell them you didnt get time to apply his OCI while you are in india. But apply for OCI as soon as you come here though
