No way they will move .

Especially not VA or NC. Weather doesn't permit all year visits. If it's Texas, it will be Austin but that city can't handle Disney crowd.

Atlanta weather is also not sunny enough 

California , Arizona , Texas are the only alternatives in mainland US. Cali is too expensive , Arizona is too small and hot , Texas is another red state 

Ther is no chance they are moving
