Thanks Praveen for the reply. for now we are just thinking about the OPT Extension. But.. in the future .. if I apply for green card and if i add her to my dependents list.. will it still be a problem for us ??

aren't you supposed to work in the field directly related to your degree in OPT. I don't know if they check it or not.
But for OPT extension, you should have a copy of the completed degree and the E-Verify of the employer you are working for.

I don't think they will go and check your past employers...

Thanks for the reply psycopk mama... she was not sure while taking the job..she took it and left the job after 2 weeks...

Right now..looking for a good consultancy mama for marketing in QA Testing.. do u have any suggestions ??
