I have filed online i539 in Sep 2022  to extend my mothers visit visa from oct 2022 to Jan 2023, got receipt from uscis , mother returned to India in Jan 2023 , i94 was expiring in oct 2022

So I 539 application is at Potomac center now , uscis processing time for I539 is showing 2 years 

can she travel to USA again with pending I 539 , any idea   ?
