For sure there will be pay cut even if they exists.

I see a big threat to jobs like Analyst, Testing roles. Coding jobs also might decrease.. All in all I feel IT job world probably is hitting it's saturation..1985 to 2025 probably is it's golden phase after which the number of jobs might start decreasing and along with it wages also..

there are lot of companies offering bootcamps ... one good way to start is to look at their curriculum and search for similar content /videos online for free .. if you want a more structured learning you can find many 4+ star rating courses on udemy ... another important thing before you get started is to learn Python and related data libraries like pandas or polars and possibly spark 

learning only ML is not enough anymore and companies are looking for full MLOps stack
