Hard to find new construction in Round Rock and Cedar Park now a days...

Cost of living and apartment cost is more in Austin compared to Dallas. 

Desi crowd less and young in Austin. Just my observation.

Daily commute and quality of life is bit messy in Austin.

Already Leander ea naku chala dooram anipistundi from city.. Liberty Hill and Georgetown waste too far and expensive

wherever u want to move .. 1yr stay chesi .. then plan .. becos u will not know the locality until u stay there .. be it from weather/schools/neighborhood etc
