Throw money at administration and get these cheap low lying lands HMDA approved and build villas.

That has always been the case dude…this is nothing new. Almost whole of the upcoming areas are in flood prone area. Suburbs la natural drainage and tanks anni kabza chesi ventures vesinaru…ipudu mari heavy rain padithe a water ekadiki drain avali ?

In 1998 govt passed regularisation bill that makes it legal to build anything anywhere , you can just pay a small fine and everything is legal
