The 1998 regularisation drive has made it virtually impossible to remove structures occupying water bodies because they were made legal  

This applies to all parts of Telangana , AP. Even chamba didn't touch a single illegal structure in AP , nor did he build any storm water drains anywhere

Once you regularise something ,you cannot take it away

Sabitha Indra reddy for example.... Chevella where majority land is currently under 111GO has been her political bastion....... If you have political background you can do anything........ Heard she converted many of 111GO lands bought at throw away prices into HMDA approved lands in and around Chevella region.

I was not talking about the places that were regularized. I am referring to the places that were newly created. Visionary was last in office in 2004. The current Hyderabad was not constructed or regularized by then. Vangaleni kadhalu cheppaku inka.

I think there is good connection between lakes or river beds and CBN
