Yeah.. there are so many words used in several regions, that are not known outside of that region.. 

text book language untadi.. and local words konni untayi and every word has some origin.. language studies lo cheptharu ivanni..

Good point you raised…. and I must clarify. I never meant all NRAs are like that. But, some who intentionally do this such as Dasara director and deserve to be called that way.
