Dharani portal - Telangana

I  want to check Telangana Dharani portal . But I am unable to access the site ..i think they have put some geo-restrictions for accessing the website. 

How to access from UK . Could anyone suggest any free VPN for this ...or is there any workaround for accessing the portal.

Center has curbed down many vpn providers recently due to disagreement about data sharing. Even paid vpn s arent offering Ind servers. Surfshark is the only remaining with servers in India,  I believe . See if they're offering a free month trial. Tunnel bear ani unde, free 1gb with Ind server, I ain't sure if it is still the case.

Surfshark kuda thesesadu servers, only india virtual servers which show bangalesh ip are there but not useful
