That idk but if they did correctly with all paper work in place then they are not liable to anything when they file for bankruptcy! Most of desis don’t realize this and invest in these kind of ventures. Ppl can get way with these with simple bankruptcy if they planned smartly and efficiently

How much you invested? I invested 200K in Atlanta got 370k in 2 years back
