Last year Aug lo na job poyindi, apudu job search chesthuu oka thella vendor daggara full time/w2 laga join ayna. Na legal job aithe currently e Thella vendor gade na employer and oka financial client (not bank tho) ki work chesthunna.

But e job lo join ayna konni months tharvatha rendo jaab vethukunna on linkedIN by some OTHER Thella vendor(not my current employer), so that na previous desi mesthri gadi chetha india lo dabbulu theskune plan tho

Konchem help cheyyandi bhayya, Asal i9 form tho employers em chestharu? Like they will submit it to USCIS? Google lo chusthe i9 form is used to verify the identify ane undi but ekkada issues avthado kuda ardham kaatledu. But ma dosth gadu mathram rendo jaab vere mesthri gadi meda cheyyadam problem kaadu, but i9 form submit cheykunda undalsindi ani antunnadu. So elanti issues vasthay and ivi pakkaga vasthaya or 50-50 chances laga unde chance unde, chesina 3 nella jaab ki dinemma visa ni risk lo petta anipisthundi.

Dont panic but Take consultancy with attorney bro just to be on safe side or sam Shihab or reddy Neumann tho matladu

I9 form USCIS ki submit cheyyaru .. dont worry .. I9 form is proof that you have valid authorization to perform work in USA .This has to be in records of ur employer in case of audit ..like if uscis see a payment has been made to ur employer from a vendor they would ask for i9 of the employee .. 

vendors ask this for 2 purposes . 1 . to make sure u are working for that employer 2. they can check in everify with those details in I9 that u are authorized to work or not . this will not give info if you are working for that emp or not but will give a result if authorized or not

It seems I-9 data share cheyyaru..only used for audit.
