Better to keep updated if you have have home under Homestead exemption as they only take DL with the correct address

create an account here https://txt.texas.gov/agency/dps . you can replace or update address for 10$ . I recently did replace card without visiting . I have 2 licenses now which i place in each car as backup . Order chesaaka pathadi dorkindi 

 

Only time u need new address is when u apply for HS . I did not try changing adrees from this site , so give a try
